Program Structure
Amount of PRS experience in first three years. PGY4-6 consist of entirely PRS rotations.
  1. 3 months of PRS in PGY1
  2. 2 months of PRS in PGY2
  3. 10 months of PRS in PGY3
Electives
Elective opportunities to explore PRS sub-specialties and professional interests.
1 month per year in PGY4 and PGY5
Cosmetic
Cosmetic/aesthetic experience.
Chief cosmetic clinic, associated with three private practices, 2 months in PGY1, intermittent cases in PGY2, 2 months in PGY4, 6 months in PGY6
Global Surgery
Opportunities to participate in international electives, mission trips, or research.
Opportunities to do a variety of medical mission trips, regularly going to 4-5 sites (Zambia, Vietnam, Togo, Moldova and Bolivia); most residents go on 2 trips
