Program Structure
Amount of PRS experience in first three years. PGY4-6 consist of entirely PRS rotations.
  1. 4 months of PRS in PGY1
  2. 7 months of PRS in PGY2 (including hand and burn)
  3. 11 months of PRS in PGY3
Electives
Elective opportunities to explore PRS sub-specialties and professional interests.
2 weeks in PGY5, plus required aways at MSK and Hershey
Cosmetic
Cosmetic/aesthetic experience.
Chief resident cosmetic clinic, cases in earlier years with aesthetic surgeons; residents can also start seeing reconstructive patients as a PGY3-PGY5
Global Surgery
Opportunities to participate in international electives, mission trips, or research.
Regular trips to Haiti for craniofacial and hand, other trips can be arranged
