Program Structure
Amount of PRS experience in first three years. PGY4-6 consist of entirely PRS rotations.
  1. 3 months of PRS in PGY1
  2. 6 months of PRS in PGY2
  3. 12 months of PRS in PGY3

Cosmetic
Cosmetic/aesthetic experience.
Away rotation in Arizona for aesthetics with Dr. Shapiro, new aesthetic center in development in Rochester
Global Surgery
Opportunities to participate in international electives, mission trips, or research.
International cleft education trip and access to the Mayo International Health Program (MIHP); 7-10 day trips for cleft/craniofacial in rural Peru (w/ Dr. Mardini) or India (w/ Dr. Bite). Do not count against vacation, ACGME approved so cases can be logged. Senior elective can also be international.
